If we are unable to process payment for any reason, including insufficient funds or an expired card, your subscription will be canceled immediately.
SimplicityFTW reserves the right to increase subscription prices in advance of renewal. In such cases, we will provide you with a notice of the price increase before the renewal of your subscription. The pricing for the initial subscription period is guaranteed as indicated at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, during which you will retain access to the service. Once the current period has expired, your subscription will not renew, and access to the services will be discontinued.
Please note that all transactions are final, and we do not offer refunds for any payments made. This includes cases where the subscription is canceled before the end of a billing period. The service will remain available for the remainder of the time that has been paid for, but no refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellations.
Subscriptions to SimplicityFTW's services and the associated user accounts are intended solely for personal use by the individual who purchased the subscription. Accounts and subscriptions may not be transferred, resold, or shared with others. Any attempt to transfer or resell access to our services may result in the termination of your account and the suspension of services without notice.
The rates applicable to our services are displayed on the SimplicityFTW website's pricing page and are firm for the initial subscription period as specified in the order form. The prices displayed do not include any applicable taxes, which may be added based on your location. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all taxes are paid in accordance with the tax laws of your place of residence. Any tax liability arising from your subscription is solely your responsibility.
